Are You Lost?

Being lost is part of the journey along the path of self-discovery. You have to lose yourself before you can discover who you really are- Point Break Lifestyle.

Trust your intuition whilst moving forward and allow any setbacks to guide you towards your end goal. The beginning might seem far away from the end, but small steps today lead us closer to where we want to be tomorrow.

Cast aside self-doubt and thoughts of failure, as action overcomes fear that the mind creates. Embrace the challenges that come your way and respect the process whilst evolving and improving every day.

Never let those who focus on creating problems stop you from finding solutions, as every decision that you make brings you to where you are in life.

It takes courage to be honest with yourself and stray away from the path of least resistance.

The hardest part is walking alone and being able to recognise that you are lost in the first place!

The photograph above is from when I was hiking through the Dolomites. It acts as a constant reminder that after years of feeling lost I was able to find my way and start the first steps of where I want to be in my life.
