Winter has arrived here in the UK, bringing with it another set of challenges for photography. Cold weather and shorter evenings are normally accompanied by what can at times seem like a barrage of gloomy days. But although at times challenging, winter can provide some beautiful photographs. A lot like late autumn, I find that you tend to get clear and colourful skies late of an evening and if you combine this with the darker tones that winter provides, then you can create some spectacular photographs. So try not to be put off by the cold and sometimes gloomier days, grab your camera and see what you can create! Below are my winter travel photos from Rutland- I hope you enjoy!
