Summer Photos From Rutland

Summertime in Rutland is beautiful! Longer days, sunshine and beautiful scenery, all come together to provide the perfect setting for long walks with your camera. Although summer can provide plenty of challenges when photographing with its harsh lighting and blown out highlights, those lingering sunsets and golden hour more than make up for the obstacles that the harsh midday sun provides. So with all that in mind, I grabbed my camera backpack along with my hiking boots and spent the last couple of weeks making my way around Britain’s smallest county. I hope you enjoy my summer photos from Rutland!

    1. Yes, fall is a beautiful time of year for photography. I have just taken a look at some photographs of Indiana during the fall online and it looks stunning🙂

  1. Oh wow your photos are amazing! I really like doing black and white photography so summer is a bit better as people are out and about and my street photography just tells a better story.

    1. Thank you very much. I’m glad that you enjoyed looking through my photos🙂 Yes, there is something quite powerful about black and white photography. I personally think that it seems to display more emotion in photographs- especially street photography.
